Our aim is to further strengthen OSSC's enduring status in the Synchronized Swimming community while contributing to the well-being of our member families, coaches, athletes, and the communities in which we live and swim.

• Create a comprehensive physical and mental training program that meets the unique needs of our athletes
• Provide the leadership, tools and resources necessary for athletes to do their best work
• Provide opportunities for athletes to compete at elite Regional, Provincial, National and International levels.

This means we will:

• Model and advocate socially responsible conduct and sportsman-like practices
• Treat all club members, including athletes, coaches, volunteers and family members with respect and dignity
• Contribute to the well-being of the communities in which the club operates and within the neighbourhoods our member families live.

>> We will establish a positive and enjoyable learning experience for our athletes.

This means we will:

• Create an environment that is healthy, diverse, stimulating and rewarding
• Take the time to celebrate our successes, and foster a culture that encourages athletes to recognize one another in meaningful ways for a job well-done.
• Provide opportunities for athletes to have input in setting the direction of their swimming objectives

>> We will encourage a positive and professional atmosphere harmonizing the efforts, dedication and commitment of our athletes, coaches, volunteers and family members in a unified and constant pursuit of excellence.

This means we will:

• Encourage member input and feedback regarding club operations
• Give trustworthy advise and sound information so that members can make informed decisions
• Protect members right to privacy
• Address member concerns in a timely manner
