Congratulations to Nicole Cargill, one of seventeen high performance level Canadian athletes from Ontario who has been named a member of RONA's Growing with Our Athletes Program, a five-year funding program worth a minimum of $4 million to help 100 prospective Olympians and Paralympians achieve their dream. Cargill, a former OSSC swimmer was chosen for the program by the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) in consultation with Synchro Canada as a strong prospect for the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympic Games.

Most recently Nicole has been swimming with the National A Team which just wrapped up the FINA World Trophy 2006 in Moscow, Russia, finishing fifth; eight federations participated in the event.
