OSSC sends its best wishes to Lisa and Nina Daniels, our long time friends and pool companions, who will set out for foreign shores later this month in pursuit of their Olympic dream.

The girls are heading to Zürich Switzerland with hopes of securing a berth to the 2008 Olympic Games through their performance at the 32nd Swiss Open Synchronized Swimming Championships. The event, which takes place at the Hallenbad Oerlikon Pool July 19 – 22, is one of the few remaining opportunities the sisters will have to earn their way to Beijing next year.

OSSC is extremely proud of its association with Lisa and Nina, and we congratulate them on all their outstanding achievements. As they prepare to depart for Switzerland, we extend the good wishes of all their Canadian friends - may you have a safe and successful journey – and may you enjoy the competition and be proud to represent New Zealand at such an important international event.
