>> OSSC Enjoys Some Early Success

Both Tier 6 and 7 athletes came away with good results at the 2007 Lisa Alexander Figures Meet on December 9, signaling the start of what should be another exceptional season for OSSC!

Club athletes dominated the Tier 7 competition with an impressive display of technique and skill, placing 8 swimmers in the top 10; Samantha Mawhinney lead the team with a score of 72.4815 – good enough to secure second place, OSSC’s highest ranking of the meet. Click Here for complete results.

Club athletes also made a strong statement in the tier 6 competition, where they showed great confidence and posted some impressive scores that landed 8 of them in the top half of a strong pool of competitors. Special congratulations to many of the girls who achieved personal bests so early in the new season!!
