Special invitation to train with OSSC’s competitive teams on Elementary and Secondary school PD Day - Friday October 24, 2008 – Registration with Cynthia Caskey - Please email ccaskey@rogers.com at your earliest opportunity to confirm your athlete's attendance, no fee for this PD day training for Intro or White Team athletes - 9am to 3pm. In addition to synchronized swimming development, athletes will also be introduced to diving, speed swimming and more synchro training. Come out and meet your Olympium Big Sisters!  
Equipment required for the day:

• One piece bathing suit and towels
• Goggles, bathing cap, nose clips
• T-shirt, stretch shorts, running shoes
• Lunch, snacks, and drinking water or juice
