Rebecca Maule of Guelph , a member of the Olympium Synchro Swim Club, placed 19th in the national 13 to 15 team trials.

Maule was a member of the Olympium team that captured the silver medal at the Canadian Espoir Championships held at the Etobicoke Olympium, firmly breaking the prior Quebec stronghold on the top three positions in the country.

The top 25 swimmers in figures qualified to try out for the 10 spots on the national 13 to 15 team. The Olympium team had seven swimmers in the top 25.
